In my quest for super flawless skin , i wanted to try this product out.
Clearly from the promotion ad which they did having a strawberry and if you coated it , it was flawlessly covered sends a message ( bravo on the marketing .. i am won over)
I really expected big things from this foundation base. Ok, i know miracles don't happen but ..one can wish.
The product claims :
By using this as a base for your foundation , it help to initially tighten and covering wide pores,to provide a clean and even skin textures.
It blocks UV rays and reflecting the light, it maintains clean and bright skin tone. Smart Oil Balancing Powder makes fresh skin condition by controlling excess sebum and oil.
Pore Magic Cover Mousse Starter SPF30 PA++ contains hot-spring water, which has abundant mineral ingredients, and jojoba oil to moisturize the skin without sticky feeling.
Verdict:
The mousse texture was interesting, it left a bit sticky which is a pro and con of the product, being a bit sticky it did help the foundation to glide on better and the eye make up set better.
Regarding the main claim of the product to radically cover and tighten pores that was a massive claim which as expected didn;t really happen. It only help make the pores seems less enlarged but if you had dehydrated skin which caused flaking skin, the product will just get caught and the make up looks caked on.
I was a bit disappointed that is not the magic potion which it claimed to be but in hindsight the product did work as a great make up base to ensure that you had long lasting make up all say.
If you where thinking of using this product just by itself with out make up , the color may vary on your skin and best to use press powder over the top if you are going to use it alone.
