EyeLash Glue (Adhesive) - 假睫毛膠水

A good eyelash glue is a must to have long lasting lashes. Here are some of my best ones I have tried and they really hold.

I love my eyelashes and i wear them everyday for about more then 12hrs, i need them to hold through the whole day.

How to put the eyelash on?

My best choices for eyelash adhesive are :

 1 ) Koji - Eyelash Glue ( Eyelash FIX)

This product comes in three tones, Black , clear and white.

i) The Clear and White Eyelash FIX
Both dry clear and they are my all time favorite.
I tend to use the clear on daily and keep one in my make up bag for emergencies.

Top lash test:

The glue holds really well and a little goes along way. It would be rare for the glue to not stick.
I have wore the glue with my lashes through rain and storms, my make up would run but dam this glue is good, the lashes didn't move an inch.

It tear proof - i tried that too, but of course it not resistant to you rubbing your eyes with a tissue like a crazy mad women so if your tearing up, easy on the tissue just dab and don't rub.

I like the size , it just right you don't have a large tube which will dry up quickly. Its package makes it easy to hold and apply to lash and better still as an eye glue to make a eye crease for mono lids or just to shift the crease to get a dramatic effect to your eyes.

This is very well prices and is not expensive. Range from $1-3 USD.

Bottom lash test :

Works great and like it being on the Top lash , it helps the lower lashes stay and there is no trace of the glue once its dry , I have had no issues at all with keeping the lower lashes on.. yes that even through tearing up.
As per the top lashes if you excessively rub your eyes over the lashes .. nothing can save it .. this is a removable adhesive and not super glue.

Alternative use:

In Emergency where your eyes have fully gone monolids and there is no eye tape or glue around, the Eyelash FIX is awesome to use as a eye glue. Nowdays i just put it on and use it as a eye glue if needed , easy to apply on just use the glue and draw a line on the crease where you want it.

Use your index finger and the flatten the glue over the eye , just spread it out a little. Don.t go nuts!!
Then open the eye and use the eye glue crease applicator to hold. If you don't have one just use your  tweezers ( make sure its not the sharp one just a flat headed one )

ii) Black Eyelash FIX.

I personal love the Eyelash Fix range but with the black one ... i have my reserves.
I was initially really excited about it being black as it helped defined the eyeliner and if i put to much on , the make up and the foundation will not be able to color the glue.

Those would be the Pros but the Cons of this Black Eyelash Fix is that .. it kind of smells and after opening the product tends to separates. The glue becomes gray and you need to shake it a bit and remove some of the excessive build up of what look like water...

I wear contacts a lot and due to the smell and whatever component is in this black one , i feel that when iam using it i am more pron to getting irritations to the eyes which is a major issue for me. I guess for any contact lens wearer.

Its a good product to have around but not a daily use item. If you are not careful and not great with putting on the lashes you will end up with a massive black smudge over your eyes or a few lines where you didnt want it. I definitely done that and had to remove my eye make up and then redo it.

If your in a rush i would stay away from the Black Eyelash Fix or you end up spending more time dolling up to get out of the house.

2) Koji - Dolly Wink Eyelash Adhesive - Spring Heart

This product by Koji is pretty much the same as the Eyelash FIX Clear except it has a cute package. This one is nicer when you put it in your make up bag out as .. com'on it pink :p
The size is smaller then the Eyelash Fix so regarding value , you pay more for less because of the packaging.

3) DUO adhesive

This one is basically loved all over the world and has been recommended by a lot of make up artiest.
This is a very strong adhesive and works really well to hold the lashes in place.

Pretty much the same as the Koji its water proof , the tube is bigger so regarding using it as a fixer when the lash goes south when you put it on due to poor placement it might be hard to use it to just readjust. You are more likely to have to take off the lashes and redo it.

Compared to the Koji Eyelash Fix , Duo is more expensive costing around $5-10 dollars depending where you get it from BUT its worth it .

4) Dolly wink

This is awesome cute packaging ,
Function is the same as the other Koji Eyelash adhesive but due to branding and packaging this cost more.
The tip is like a brush so its very easy to use and great for touch ups. :)

Ones to stay away from :

Its so easy sometimes to see cheap eyelash glue and want to just buy the cheaper version. I got given the following ones as a gift with my purchase and they stink. To think of putting such harsh chemicals over the lids where just unbearable.

I tested them on my hand but really didn't like it. Ok, considering its products really close to the eyes  you should really take care in choosing a good product and don't be tempted to go cheap.
The products can easily go into your eyes and cause irritation and for contact wearers thats a disaster in the making.

No to be a snob but some products which are made overseas such as China has not been properly tested and some products are dangerous to use so close to your eyes so be careful.
Always purchase known brands and check the manufacturer location as some countries still allow for some prohibited ingredient to be added which cause side effects.
