how it works is that it send electrical signals through your mussels which makes them contract and mimics you exercising.

It dose work but one of the things i found annoying was the gel conducting pads which get dirty and you cant clean them. you just need to find a replacement. which mind you is not the easiest thing.

The other thing that this machine is kinda cheaply made so turning it on and know the setting you are on is a bit of a try and error. So when you press the button too much there is no clear indicator to let you know. Well guess you just have to do it the old school way and FEEL it.

The machine dose work and you can see your mussels moving when you finally figured out its on and go it the setting you want. Guess its still cant replacement to actual exercise as all you feel is the mussels moving and some electrical current. Result wise , alot of people said it as great , but i think its more a mental effect then actually see results. its only a support and cant compared to machines like the vibro gym which was designed it help individuals which had weight issues and was unable to loose the weights.
Now days the vibro gym is commercialized and is the new buzz word and you can use them at most big gyms.

Although the machine boost that is safe as its only battery powered and will shut down when you pull the gel pad off. That's not very comforting when i got a few little shocks when i was starting the machine .

Guess you can;t expect much, what you get is what you pay for ,i guess.

its a great little gadget to have but i won't put 100% of your faith in it to give you the body you want.

Fine, is a Japanese brand.  i was picking between Fine or the Meiji collagen powder and decided to give Fine a go.
Boy was i wrong....

Ok, collagen drinks are very big in japan and Asia. We love drinking the collagen drinks and they really do work. My last trip to Japan i had one small bottle every day and my skin was baby smooth and plum. Even through Summer i as sweating in the humidity and then going inside air conditioning all day , my skin still kept its hydration and was not effected the weather.
Oh god i love the Shiseido collagen drinks in japan, yummie and it works.


I was so happy to get the delivery of Fine , until i open it and read the instructions that i can pour it into ANY kind of drinks. Such as juice and coffee or tea or drink straight with water.

I decided to pour it in with my coffee. This stuff tasted like milk powder and not the good kind. There was a off putting kind. I too one lick off my coffee and down the sink it went.

I though i'll give it another go maybe with water i can drink it like milk. VOMIT!! .. by it self it had a funky after taste which is a bit sour ...  (>.< )""".

Can't even imagine drinking it with Juice. You might have to kill me before that would happen.

Verdict.. totally gross. :S.
I want awesome skin but if i had to drink that i think i would just go to the skin specialist and get a collagen injection or a mask thanks.

My Scheming , usually have pretty good face masks.
Ok,yes the name sounds spaz, as its translated from Chinese 我的心機,
I was initially very excited to try out the new face mask as its has a neck component to the mask and there was some funky ear thing which allows you to mask your ears also.

The mask while worked well it was not sticky and was hydrating. The design of the mask was one of the key selling points however it was a bit of a fail.
I have  a pretty big head which comes with a big facial area and the mask covered well except for the ears. seriously could not reach my ears and it was just flapping around. That was really annoying if you are doing other stuff, but if you are relaxing laying down somewhere , you should be fine.
I though it was just my issue, but i gave the mask to my friend to try and my god she has a very small head and face area and she also said she has issues with the ear section fitting.
so it cant just be me....

Overall the concept is great but not 100% practical.
Although the mask was hydrating and did work , it didn;t really impress me, i still prefer the My beauty diary range which seem to boost the skin a bit more. My fav , sake mask wins again :p
